Shivam (Emraan Hashmi) falls in love with Shriya. Accidentally Shriya dies. Shivam goes to Hong Kong and works with Malik (Ashutosh Rana). Malik orders Shivam to kill Reema but Shivam does not kill her, in fact he helps her to unite with her lover.

Shirya has very limited role in the movie. Serial kisser Emraan had a different role compared with his earlier films.

It is a time pass movie. Background score is good. Cinematography is okay.
