yes, it is a scary movie!!!

i didnt expected with the type of cast it has. i thought it should be comedy movie or some kind of mystery movie but horror!!! nah, priyadarshanhad been really clever in drafting the movie script. Till the middle of the movie you still believe it should be some kind of different movie based on psychological idea.

I like the way story moves, typical priyadarshan style. Till the end it holds up to you with a kind of mystery. Here mystery is more like curiosity to find what is true. It is like a battle between traditional beliefs in spirits and modern belief of split personality syndrome. Till the middle of the story I was actually convinced that it is something to do with split personality idea but no its based on being possessed by spirit.

Akshays performance is great, he keeps the story moving and lively as well as mysterious as to who really he is. Vidya as usual lovely looking and really good performance. I didnt wanted to see the end, mainly coz I was scared!!! But when I now think about her acting, shes great. Paresh rawal is good but they could have done much better with his character i.e. more comedy. His scene with his wife, when she tries to tie a thread around his waist, is absolutely hilarious! Amisha I dont know why was she was there?? I dont really think they needed her character in story except to keep the mystery.

End was not as great as normally we find in priyadarshans movie. It seemed that end was just a bit more extended to extend time of movie.

Overall good movie, worth watching once. Not sure if I should recommend to watch in cinema should be only for the ones who are not as easily scared as I am!
