We were happy to go for the new release Bhootnath at Kino Babylon on 9th June a Monday.
Bhootnath is a family film with a super-star cast.
Little boy Banku and his family (Juhi Chawla and Shah Rukh Khan as parents of Banku) shift into a new house - the Nath villa.
However, they cannot suspect or believe that the spirit (Amitabh Bachchan) which inhabits the house is displeased about any new tenants coming over to live there.
The mystery plot revolves around Banku and his friendship with the spirit (Naturally Banku takes him for a living angel).
It is better to see the film and soak in the message, the due respect our older generation deserves.

Versatile Amitabh Bachchan and the child artist keep the audience absorbed till the end. Generally, Hindi films often rush to a careless end but this engrossing film signs off with a perfect conclusion.
The film is worth watching to evaluate relationships between parents’ grandparents and children.
