Don

hi,
i have read huge criticism about Don,guess its time for some a positive take on this splendid movie.ya splendid..i'd like to say the 'direction' splendid...,the scenes are well shot admist beautiful locations.. ok about Srk..well i m not his fan..so relax,i m not gonna ramble about how great he is..but one thing is for sure..he wasnt sooooo bad...know...
although he overacts a lil wen acting as Don,but he looks cute and acts good wen being Vijay (but tht role is too short..)
priyanka is ok,a lil better than her earlier films.
a thing that i cudnt digest in the old Don was ,the pran act,of crossing via a rope...being limp from one leg...here also Arjun rampal is made to do that silly thing,but seems a lil more possible in the remake.
and the intermission is also too good...vardhan changed..
though with such technology ,it was easy to make a movie about a mastermind,but still,everything needs...grey matters
and one more thing that i liked in the remake was that Don proves his cliche right...'Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai',...good he stuck to his line...in the end :)
the music is too good..title track is sung the way it shud be...signifying Don..
the themes are too good..both Don revisited ,And Don theme
and i love that song morriya...beautifully sung
aaj ki raat is also good
ye mera dil is good,and khai ke paan is so so
overall...Don hasnt dissapointed at least me..in fact i have liked it very much..
btw..i admire Amitabh bacchan more than Shahrukh khan...generally..not regarding Don..so no discrimination...ya see
