Suparn Verma after writing scripts for KARAM< ZAMEEN
is back with a far more slick and engaging tale EK KHILADI EK HASEENA. The film has a very different story but it's storytelling and execution is hollywoodish which is g8 and novel but will appeal to only those who like different films and who have liked KAANTE, MUSAFIR, CHOCOLATE
The focus is more on game plans and remaining else takes a backseat but still it is engaging
the con acts are the mainstay
the only flaws are the second half gets slow and tehre are no many scenes betn Feroz and fardeen the sole scene in the elevator isn't electrifying
The films moves on a serpentine fashion throughout and the end which may not appeal to all is brilliantly executed though similar to CHOCOLATEMusic is popular and is with the times, it's placement is perfect
Fardeen Khan gets into the skin of the character and lives his part, he is getting more and more comfortable with the camera
Koena needs to loosen but does well at times
KK is flawless again, Feroz Khan doesn't have much meat in his role, Rohit Roy is likeable in a brief role
Gulshan Grover is first-rate, the rest are alright
