My Wifes Murder

RGV's films are always novel, there venture into hitherto seen stories, the film is directed by another protege of RGV jijy philip and he does full justice to it, the film comes to the pt straightaway and doesn't deviate to unwanted scenes of their romance, the murder in the first 15 mins followed by the series of events, the film keeps us on the tenterhooks, the only blot is that the film gets formulaic in the second half and the romantic track fo boman looks forced, but the end is justified
Jijy Philip is another protege of RGV and makes his mentor proud by handling the film well, but had he not given to bollywood diktats the film could be better
the film gets grim too
Anil Kapoor delivers his best performance, the actor after a brilliant performance in MUSAFIR is back with another performance that stands out in his repeteirore
he is simply terrific, conveying the different emotions with aplomb
Boman Irani is another stand out, playing his part with maturity and ease, the role seems tailormade for him, this is an actor who is matchless
Suchitra Kapoor & nandana sen stand out too in their roles
