Major Siddharth Chaudhari – Sid (Rahul Bose) lands up in Kashmir mainly with the intention of pursuing adventure sports rather than performing his duty as a defense lawyer for the accused Army officer Jawed Khan. Jawed Khan is convicted of shooting his fellow army officer Rathod during one of their combing operations. Since he has already admitted to his crime, it seems to be simple open and shut case. However it is not so……

During his interactions with Khan, Sid realizes that Khan is not the least bit rueful of his crime. Motivated  by a conscientious journalist (Minisha Lamba) Sid begins to delve deeper into Khan’s life. As the investigations progress, startling revelations unfold.

The climax courtroom drama is organized, subtle yet probably one of the most powerful courtroom scenes in recent times. 

The cast boasts of fine actors like Rahul Bose, Kay Kay Menon, Javed Jaffrey etc… Naturally, the performances are superlative !!
