Was anyone else traumatized by cinematography for the song ELI RE ELI?
I sure was. I don't who told Mr. Ghai that second generation south asian girls (born and raised in the UK) run around the house wrapped in bedsheets, but sure it must've been in serious jest.
From there, the movie YAADEIN follows. Bad music, awful plot, annoying coca-cola references and unbelievable, utterly ridiculous, simply stupendously stupid characterizations.
By the end you're caught between throwing your chappals at Shroff for his horrible acting or at Subhash Ghai for even thinking his audiences would sit through such a movie.
Remember the saying, "it can't get any worse?" If YAADEIN is stuff memories are made of, add some brandy to that coke and forget about it.
Thungachi :-)
