I guess by "not too bad" you meant "bad"..huh? So if 3 on a scale of 5 is for "bad", should we assume that you would give 5 out of 5 to "not bad" (which generally means "not very good"). In the end we are left with no room for "very good" and "exceptional". This depicts the true state of bollywood and its viewers.
