Kannathil Muthamittal

Another strong film from Mani Ratnam. I saw it on DVD twice and liked it even better the second time. Simran is absolutely ravishing and the movie paces well as it addresses yet another different topic that many filmmakers shy away from.

The difficult emotions that every character faces are handled very well and even though I was reading the subtitles I really liked this movie. Kudos to Mani Ratnam for successfully creating commercial films with a difference!
