Ramana

Vyapagam is a concept I am toying with long and the time has come to enforce it.

In Cineme Ramana, The hero is connected with hundreds of people in various parts of Tamil nadu and is able to bring to book the criminals. It is cinema.

In real life can we be connected not for clandestine purpose or for any secret dealing?

We can get a person from each street of Chennai into our fold and through him/ her we can reach any Department/ any Service/ any Enterprise or at least we can find out through whom we can go in.

It is like this:

I want to goto Secretariate Home department.

If I go straight, I am sent from post to pillar. I might have seen the Secretary himself in the corridor but because I do not know him I am told by his colleagues and underlings that he had gone meet the CM! So I return frustrated several times.

But think of this situation............

I know a person in Mambalam who knows a person in Perungalathur who knows an under secretary in Secretariate. If I approach him can't I get to see the Home department Secretary easily? Is n't friendship a stronger tie than threat or money?

I will keep on blogging until I get the attention of people who like this idea and help me by joining VYAPAGAM an initiative to link all Chennaites for our mutual benefit.
