With all works over for Vijayakanth's Sabari, the movie directed by Suresh is all set for release soon.

Interestingly, the film has a few first time combos. Jyothirmayi, who acted opposite Sundar C in Thalainagaram, is the heroine of Sabari. Also, composer Mani Sharma and Vijayakanth have come together.

Sabari will be a very different film for me. The story impressed me a lot and that's why I accepted the project, says the Captain.

Sabari deals with the problems of doctors. According to Suresh, the film is tailor-made for Captain.

Vijayakanth has not done the role of a doctor in any of his films. This doctor has solutions not only for patients but for society as well.

The movie is action-based and Vijayakanth appears in a different role in this movie. Salem A. Chandrasekharan produces the movie.
