Annavaram

Vara Lakshmis (Sandhya) brother Annavaram (Pawan Kalyan) dotes on her. They stay in a village. Annavaram arranges the marriage of his sister to a guy from Hyderabad (Siva Balaji). Goons in the city harass Vara Lakshmi and her husband. When his sister comes to his village for delivery, Annavaram goes to Hyderabad.
