Bobby falls in love with Bhagyamati (Aarti Agarwal), daughter of Yadagiri. The introduction of the characters of Yadagiri, K.R. and their men is set in the theatrical mould, with a background voice describing the characteristics of each person. Though Bobby comes to India after 15 years of stay in the U.S., to spend time with his parents in his country, his parents want him to return to the U.S.A. early, lest the boy may become the target of Yadagiri's bullet.
The strength of the film is in the sober portrayal of the character of Bobby by Mahesh. He displays variety in acting and perfect diction. He successfully underplays the role wherever it is needed.
Telugucinema.Com: Music by Mani Sarma, visual effects from Padmalaya, and action scenes by Ameen Ghani are laudable. The characterization of the hero is good and is strongly based in the initial scenes itself. He has performed the role with ease and with effective dialogue delivery. Prakash Raj's dialogue delivery portrays the emotions demanded by the character quite effectively. Raghuvaran showed all his ease in the role, his role does not really demand his unique skills, but he lives the role right. Ramaprabha appears in the role of the heroines grandmother and does her job appreciably.
