After giving three offbeat films Dollar Dreams, Anand and Godavari, Sekhar gives his fourth Happy Days with tonnes of freshness. The audience will begin to identify themselves with the Sekhar Kammula-created characters. Partying, partaking, ragging, friendships, skirmishes and love... These are the elements which are the driving forces behind Sekhar's portrayal of a college life.

The story is about a gang of engineering studs..the emotions.. the love stories and the bad in a college..

The first half is about introducing the characters and the story of each character..should appreciate shekahsr's dare in choosing eight characters as it will half n hour to introduce the characters...

unless the vulgar youth oriented movies filled with vulgarity happy days is a clean movie. The story is not much..the presentation of each charcter is great and only shekhar can do it...

Bad sign is the movie is filled with urban life style.so few chances of capturing B and C centres..

Shekhar has made 3 crores profit by seling the rights to Dil raju at a whooping 6 crores.the expenditure is 3 crores
