Maisamma IPS is a mixture of violence,sadism and rape’s & revenge and is an average film for the mass public.
Story .
One day in a village of Telangana a woman gives birth to a child in the jatara of the goddess Katta Maisamma. So the child who happens to be agirl is named as Maisamma by her parents .
Unfortunately due to a natural calamity the parents are lost and maisamma along with her elder sister are alive.
Maissama studies in a hostel and she is supported financially by her sister Durga . Durga earns the money by dancing traditional dances.
During one of her performances Durga comes to know a local goon sadhu and they both fall in love and live together in a house . After sometime they marry eachother.
After marriage sadhu tries to rape durga but she resists to this.
Sadhu tries to kill durga but at that time durga remembers her sister and thinks about her life and study. She surrenders herself to sadhu who also is a husband and allows him to rape her along with his friends.
Meanwhile sadhu comes to know aboot maisamma and when he looks her a desire to rape her also starts in his mind. durga get sto know this . And one-day sadhu attempts to rape maisamma who is saved by her sister durga. But in the struggle durga gets killed.
Maisamma escapes from sadhu. And after some time she becomes a IPS officer. She after finding sadhu and his friends who raped her sister starts to take the revenge.
How she succeeds in taking the revenge is the final story, which has to be watched.
Performances of the Characters
Hot and sexy & curvy Mumaith Khan plays the character of Maisamma IPS . She with her looks and skin show attracts the attention. Her sexy body and sizzling figure is a highlight to this movie. She gives the dialogue delivery with a punch but lacks the expressions in some scenes.
Sadhu is the character, which is played by shiyaji shinde. He also made a justified acting and is well apt for the character of the film.
Yahoo rajsheker plays a prominent character and act well.
Technical aspects.In this film Mumaith Khan acts in a fight, which is on ropes. These sequences are well shot. The image of Mumaith is shown in a Hollywood manner as in Hollywood films like Barb Wire and Kill bill where the heroine is the hero .
The music is also well composed which the script demands and photography is also well taken.
On the whole the film is filled with rapes and how a independent woman is received by the society if she is alone is well described in the movie.
But some scenes in which a girl is raped brutally by some gangsters and a father letting his daughter be raped are not digestible for the audience.
Dasari Narayana Rao who is known to give a message to the society by his films tries to give a message of how the evil society is prevailing in tribal areas and to what extent a human can turn into a beast.
On the whole this film is not a family entertainer. It is the film for the masses who are eager to watch the dances of the glamorous heroine and who also can digest scenes of brutal rape.
