Mahesh Babus Pokiri officially becomes all time biggest grocer in Tollywood. The film has successfully completed 175 days run in 63 centers on October 19, 2006. It broke the record of Simhadris. According an estimate it collected about Rs 42 Crores thereby standing at top position.

More than this irrelevant issue of centres, the film's collections are by any standard very unique and its collections were consistent for more than 100 days.

Says Puri Jagannadh: I am still wonderstruck of Pokiris success. It has surpassed everyones expectations.

When asked about the function of the films success, he said, we would definitely celebrate it with the fans and public but the venue and time has not yet been decided.
